Marsiling-Yew Tee may have lost one of its team when Halimah Yacob became president of Singapore in 2017, but they’ve gained 4,800 electors from Sembawang GRC ahead of GE2020. Talk will no doubt centre on Minister Lawrence Wong, a 4G leader who’s been fronting the government’s Covid-19 response.
